Gonna share a simple nail DIY

and really super simple la

and it's even better if you have shaky hands (who say shaky hand can't do pretty nail art)

1. Just start with your normal manicure routine, shape, buff, shine and whatever you like. I like my nail to do all the hard work, opening can, peeling this and that so I must put on a layer of strong nail base coat

(here, I'm using Rimmel base coat)

#1 Base coat provide a smoother base, so don't be lazy

2. Then find some nude or white-ish nail colour to be your base. I have to put two coat cause mine is too sheer. 

(random brand from some accessory shop)

3. Take out any paper or plastic and a used foundation sponge. It better to get some non-stick surface paper, I just recycled a receipt paper. The sponge is for my liquid foundation, so I just washed it clean with some cleanser and dried it.

#Tune down your fan level, so your nail lacquer don't dried out too fast

4. Choose any colour that you like. I choose an emerald green from Majolica Majorca. Brush some nail colour on the paper. Can put more, so you no need to open and adding the lacquer when you're doing the sponging.

#Feel free to try out any colour that you like, play with colour

  

5. As easy as kid arts, take some lacquer on the sponge and then start sponging on your nail. Any directions and style that you like

(I did mine diagonally)

#Use any old sponge or the cut some from the new kitchen sponge

6. Next, repeat the same thing with another colour that you like. Drop some colour on the paper and sponge on the green colour until you get the desired pattern.

#Even though you can play with colour, but plan the colour ahead. Some colour cannot be seen on top of another darker colour

7. Done mine with the black nail lacquer from Elianto

8. I add on a layer of large shimmer coat because I want the dark green-ish galaxy feel.

#Double coat another top-coat so it will be more longlasting

60 years of love

Went back Ipoh to celebrate Granpa and Grandma anniversary

and also Father's Day

They been living together for 60 years

With all the arguments and shouting in the house

they went through more than half of their together

Are they still together because of love?

or responsibility

or even just because of getting used to the existence of another?

But nowadays what we can see is the early marriage and also the early divorce

with the baby left to the parent's parent

and the parent who is the getting new boyfriend and new girlfriend

Some more even can change relationship in Facebook

Maybe one day, you can see relationship

Father, Mother, Step-Father, Step-Mother and 2nd Step-Father and so on..

Sometime it make me feel like living in the era of my grandfather is much more better than now

at least we appreciate the people around us and the one "we love but not anymore"

rather than seeing all those irresponsible parents now

Sometime I wonder who is the kids in the family

The parents or the new born baby??

May the love of my grandparents and parents

will last to eternity <3

London Summer Musical

Whenever I watch  Glee

it would always remind me of the time where I joined the school musical: Grease Live On Stage

It may not be the greatest production or a super big play

but the memories we all go through it is so amazing.

and every now and then all the cast and production team will rewind back to all the old memories

and for your information it's held at Amphitheatre, Sunway Lagoon

and previously they have Aladdin and Peter Pan before

and my friends who been to Aladdin the Musical before are showing their thumbs up

if possible, legs thumb they also wanna show (that how good it is)

The empty stage where they have the most of the London building there

Big Ben, iconic telephone booth and some of the I dunno 

too bad they don't have London Bridge or else it gonna fall down in the middle of the musical. muahahaha

this is the I dunno what building 

Ba-da-daaa~ the show begin

3 air-stewardess as the main actress

and personally I think the actress is better than the actors.hehe 

suddenly they have many air-stewardess walk out from everywhere

they even have some local dancer who join the musical

p.s main actors and actresses are 'ang moh'

they got bring out Malaysia flag, dun worry 

dancing and singing continue

normally it's the same old dirty clothes that they will wear for all the show (that what we do last time, budget limited wo) 

more dance 

btw, Gowri told me the local dancers are the sunway dancer for the parade with mascots too

fun job, right??

Finally the main actors appear!!

not handsome one but the voice is superb

but still feel that any 'ang moh' also will be more handsome than local Malaysian *prejudice*

hahahaha, you also think the same thing one...don't point at me!!

Funniest part is here

not that they make any mistake or jokes

but the Magnum 4D umbrella where everyone goes woo!! wah!!! hahaha!!!

Honestly I like this Greek Empire Dress a lots

look super super nice on them, with the long blonde hair (fake)

and suddenly the music turn to James Bond

James Bond from London?? I dunno

ask Mr.Google  

obviously local guy who dress like James Bond with gun

This is the part all the main actors sing those opera style songs

not extremely nice but ok~

They quite a wide range of songs selections

from oldies to 90's and some new R&B like Katy Perry 'TGIF'

  

Can't really see the face, I know

I remember then can already.hehe

Everyone goes crazy here too cause they're singing One Direction

"One Thing"

I can feel they want the crowd to stand up and dance together

Get up, Get up 

and you know Malaysian are just too shy, so no response one... 

Look like some Miss Universe dress right 

The show end with another song with all the main actors (same outfits la, so I din really take pictures)

Overall they have quite a lots of song that I know

like "Can you feel the love tonight?" from The Lion King, "Uptown Girl", "Closer" from Ne-yo

and some oldies from Marilyn Monroe and Mamma Mia 

The surprising part is when they present the best of London

and special appearance from The Phantom of The Opera and Harry Potter (the owl too)

Sorry that I didn't really tell the story line

cause you should go and watch it yourself. haha

they are having the musical till 8th of June
